Threads mission was to make it easier to dress well by combining cutting-edge AI and stylist recommendations and on a single personalised platform. My role was to boost the functionality of e-commerce side of the product, looking at ways to improve conversion and reduce friction on critical parts of user flows. These included areas like search, filter, product pages and checkout, as well as onward journeys and email.

Working in a small product pod, and collaborating directly with the CEO and stylists, we ran projects in sprints, generating user testing sessions to gather real data before iterating and refining design ideas. My role in improving the key parts of the e-commerce design experience such as customer conversion and repeat orders facilitated in the companies acquisition later by M&S, enabling Threads technology and to reach over 30 million customers.
